Groomergirl!!! Awesome. I've been looking for ideas of more savory protein shakes but not finding much. The hardest part for me is that I get tired of the sweet shakes. Do you have any ideas?

Get unflavored protein mix and put it in your soup. It isn't too bad. Sure does take away the "sweet".

Yes, Go on to the world according to eggface, her website is amazing and she has tons of shake ideas! I also just ordered click samples I heard they are not as sweet, also go to your local vittie shop and see if they have or sell samples there. the Sei protein is not sweet, I don't like the flavor, but you can mask it with whatever you make.

What is a 5 day pouch test?

I just went and got some soups and sugar free pudding and distilled water. I'm ready to get started tomorrow.

what kind of soups?

I bought tomato soup, cream of chicken, broccoli, mushroom, and then I have some beef and chicken bouillon. I usually have home made egg drop soup a lot while doing the pouch test.

Be careful with distilled water! It doesnt have the minerals to hydrate us. It has killed people that only drank it and worked out. Goodluck!

I live in a place where the water is disgusting even when it goes through a filtering process and the only way I can drink water is buying bottled water. The water I buy actually has electrolytes added for that reason.

sure, tuesdays fine, i will be starting tomorrow. I made 3 kinds of jello, have my broth ready, it's gonna be a good week.
