Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.
Hope I can find a job that has what yours is offering. Sounds awesome! they aren't hiring by chance are they? :)
Try everything, you may enjoy one that didn't sound appealing at first (exercise equipment) in rotation as well since that confuses the body and suppose to make it work harder. have fun!
In the meantime, I walk and walk and sip and sip...
In addition to walking as much as I could, I remember doing a lot of "counter push-ups" (push-ups leaning against the kitchen counter) in the early days.
Just move as much as you can every day! Happy shrinking!! :)

Anyway, I'm glad for you. Sounds so much more helpful.
so that's a goal met! I really hope my doc will be pleased. I see him next Tuesday for 3-week followup. I've only lost about 14 pounds post op, but it has been steady.
