You're right, that early out you must be careful with stuff like actual fruit juice. It is LOADED with natural sugars and usually has added sugar too!
With that being said...The definition of juice here can sometimes be a loose phrase meaning anything but water.
Be patient and carry a pinch of salt when reading! Good catch tho! Lol!

btw - I don't drink fruit juice at all. I was given some dilluted in the hospital shortly after surgery. Couldn't figure out why I was so nauseaus, until the next day I was given straight apple juice in the little box. Major dumping! 26g of sugar per serving will keep me away from juice forever!
