I drink the Wal-Mart brand (Great Value) of Crystal Light and put those packets in my water bottles nightly. I have never drank Vitamin Water though. Is it any good?

Crystal light is my choice. Vitamin water has waaaay too much sugar. Like 12g per serving which makes one bottle have 30g of sugar in it. Always be carefull to check for sugar grams when choosing fancy waters.

I was going to say the same thing as Callie, there is way too much sugar in Vitamin water. Now those 0 calorie Sobe drinks are really good. No sugar in them. I think they are the Sobe LifeWater. Make sure that you get the 0 calorie ones though.

Crytal lite (or generic form of)... I will also sprinkle these on my 'shaved ice' making a nummy snow cone of sorts. Get in my fluids along with the crunching and chewing my body really needs!

Just wanted to let you know I can not drink Crystal Light, it taste really sweet to me. I know it is sugar free, so I really don't know why it taste sweet to me. Also, I agree with everyone else who is telling you to watch your sugar intake. My Doctor told me, it must be in the single digits and even then it could make me sick. SOOOO PLEASE BE CAREFUL! FYI, I drink Lipton's Diet Decaf. Tea and it taste pretty good.

I've been getting the Hawaiian Punch sugar free packets you put in a bottle of water. There are only 8 in the box (for $1.00) but they are cheaper than the Walmart brand of Crystal Light ($1.97 for 10) and taste very good.

I also use them to flavor skim milk. Sounds weird, but it works and helps me get in more protein. I dissolve the packet in a small amount of milk before filling the bottle the rest of the way with milk.

I don't have a clue what either of those drinks are,just good old fashioned water for me. A xxxx

I bought some "Fruit2o" at the store today.. the flavor is Natural Lemon.. man is it good!!!.. no sugar and low sodium!!

I am hooked on the Diet Snapple Peach Tea. That is what I switched to after GBS since I can't drink the diet pepsi anymore. Other than that I drink water.

I agree with all the folks who say crystal light. After my surgery and still 1.5 years later I can't seem to drink plain water without it hurting my stomach...weird eh? One other good thing. You can get the fruit punch crystal light and add nectar protein powder to it and it tastes pretty good...and like everyone said, always look at the sugar content...sugar's my addiction, so I know it's hard once you start on something in your diet like that to give it up. H i i was told by my nutritionist i could drink SF kool aid, tang, snapple, fruit 2o, crystal lite, or make your own lemonaid, just use real lemon and splenda. So you have option, but make sure is caffine free. Toni!!!
