I got my b12 from vitamin shoppe, I just had blood work today so I will know more this week if I am getting what I need.
I use nature valley multi mini's they are a I think called gel cap? but 30% smaller then reg vitamins my doc read the contents and just wants me on 2 a day. My program also allows Flintstones 2x a day for people who need chewable and who can't afford expensive vitamins. .........I think bariatric advantage is what my docs have samples of as well......ya know seems every program recommends different ones.
so my advice is send for samples do not buy full bottles you may not be "able to tolerate. don't buy in bulk my friend did that with calcium and gave it to another friend she couldn't tolerate it.
one more thing check with your doctor on your labs ...I don't have to take calcium because of another medical issue and my first program did have me on it causing more damage to my bones/system.
I can not stand the gritty texture of the chewable bariatric vitamins thats why I take all of the "chewy" ones..
I take "Bariatric Fusion". I take 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner. I don't need any other supplements. I take them with my meals because I figure I'll get the most absorbtion. It's also about $25.00 /month.

Caltrate calcium citrate gummies,
Cvs brand D3 gummies,
Cvs brand sublingual B12 and
Cvs brand Biotin capsules.
;-)
I take Centrium Chewables (a godsend right after surgery!) And yes, 2 a day (double the normal does)
b12 sublingual drops once a week... got them at Walgreens I think its natures best
Calcium CITRATE (it HAS TO BE citrate!) yeah, its more expensive, but we cannot digest the other kind so it it worthless. I take 1500 mcg a day. The very best I found for right after surgery is the liquid kind. It tastes yummy and is so easy to get down. I bought bluebonnet brand or lifetime brand. Got is at Fred Meyers (Krogers).
Currently I am getting ready to swap over to the calcium chews so I can toss them in my backpack and take them at school.... but the liquid was so nice the first month or so!
