I was wondering about the weight loss. I have been going up and back down to staythe same. With not eating like you use to and now exercising shouldn't the weight be coming off. Yes I can see the difference in my clothes but that could just be form 27.4 lbs since I started the protein before the surgery and after the surgery. Are my expectation too high at this point or is this how the process is suppose to go. I am getting so frustrated with the scale that I would rather toss it in the street. I am only weighing myself once a week at the same time in the morning and on the same day of the week. Any input would be great

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
