I am so excited to report that I am down another 11 pounds making my total weight loss post op 27 pounds in yes you guessed it two weeks. Good Golly Miss Molly lol. I am down 48 pounds since i started this journey on August 8, 2012. To God be the glory. I am also officially on Stage II as of today for two weeks and then I can advance to Stage III, if I feel ready. I have to get in a little more walking so I will make that a focus as well. Over all todays visit = EXCELLENT RATE OF PROGRESS.

Thank you all so much - yes I am beaming from head to toe - I am very proud of myself right now. I still have a ways to go but I know withough a doubt that i will get there.
