Hi guys!! I know a lot of you use the unflavored protein powder. I bought some and used it in some of my food. Does it always kind of clump? Is it something that I am doing wrong? I am short on my protein so I figured this would help me significantly. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

How are you adding it? And in what ? If you add it before the food gets hot like to dry mashed potatoes,take a little of the liquid that your using and put it in a blender with the powder will help or try a sifter sometimes that will help too. Hope this helps.

I have no problem with adding it in cold. you put the liquid first then the powder and mix. When you add to hot though it cant be to hot or you get the clumpies no matter what it is. Also you need to take one scoop powder and one tbs cold water and mix to a paste when adding to hot items. I use mine in coffee on cold mornings then I do a shake in the pm.

LOL Yeah think of how you would add corn starch to things liquid cold. Also, try making an Ice decaf coffee to keep you cool.Yum!

Thank you for the info. I am not a cold coffee drinker but who knows, I may like it now. I could drink protein shakes with no problem pre-op, but now it is next to impossible.
