I don't see a lot of folks from Sudbury Ontario and area here on the board but for those who may be lurking. I want you to know about Paris Natural Foods on Paris St. in Sudbury Ontario Canada
I found an entire isle of low carb foods (including bread) Torani (I added Butter Rum and Irish Cream to my collection) PB2. and Biotin.
I also have my eye on protien ice tea (20 grams a glass) which comes in a barrel like protien powder.
When I was going through testing for surgery in the States I ran into a few people from very near by although when I went to Toronto to actually have the surgery I saw few.
In any case this stuff is so hard to find in Canada I would recommend also checking out your nearest well stocked health food store when looking for these hard to find items in Canada.
They had just about everything. I will return.

Add it to your protein shakes - chocolate + PB2= Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, vanilla + PB2 is just plain good, add a smidge of banana and it's over the top! Add it to ricotta cheese with a little vanilla SF syrup for a yummy spread on apple slices, Shelly's protein muffins, whole grain toast or what ever. Stir it into one of Shelly's muffin recipes or another protein powder based baking recipe - chocolate or banana... the possibilities are endless! I'm having a Medifast brownie with PB2 stirred in to the batter right now. Just rememeber to add an additional tablespoon of water for every 2 tablespoons of PB2 for baked goods.

@ AllyMcG a fellow canuk eh : ) and close. When I was going for surgery in Traverse city Michigan (I chose toronto instead) I met a couple of people from around the Manatoulin area. Sometimes people come to shop in Sudbury so I though I would pass that along as the stuff is so hard to come by. Yep it Paris Naturel Foods on Paris St. and they have EVERYTHING. So if you go have your list ready ; )

As for Torani I wonder how many flavors you can get thru Starbucks?
Will they order the kinds you like for you or do you take what they have available?
I find chocolate hard to get.

I had to get my local pharmacy to order biotin...couldn 't get it anywhere. Nice to see other Canadians finding these things...

Then I worried that it was the kind with fruit in it.
I think it is much better if we buy it and add our own stuff to lower the sugar content. The toranis would be good in it I think.
It was on sale though and I did see that there were 12g of protien in each but it also was like 130 calories each (so I`m torn)
Oh I wanted to mention (soet of on topic) that Jello has a cheesecake fat free sugar free pudding mix.
I make this with a can of half sugar cherries on top (actually I put a light graham crust on the bottom but you don`t have to)
This is a really really yummy cheesecake fix.
They also have Banana Creme (sugar free, fat free) Yummo
