"NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS!"
One of my friend told me this and I believe she is right!
Have a great day!
I had it long enough to GAIN weight before my surgery!
But let me tell you, none of it was worth it. There is not one thing that I can not eat if I really want to. But I can eat so little that it really comes down to... is it worth it?
Good luck!
Stuff I eat post-op: www.theworldaccordingtoeggface.com I hope it helps put your mind at ease that yummy food is still in your future.
Welcome to the group! Best wishes in your journey,
~Michelle
My question is it normal for the weight loss to go slow. I'm going on my 7th week out, and only 30 pounds since surgery, I started at 249, I am happy for the loss, but thought it would go faster, but in the long run I guess it's healthier to lose slower, I eat my small portions, and have been excercising 4 days a week at least. Thanks for being great everyone....
Anyway, in response to this topic, I am experiencing the same thing. I have to go on liquids Tuesday and I want to eat everything in sight. I do know a lot of people who have had the surgery, though, and they are now able to eat pretty much anything. But it doesn't seem to make me feel any better. Food is such a big part of my life. I'm afraid I am going to feel like I lost my best friend. But it will be worth it in the end.
Good Luck to you
Jayme
