If hairloss is not your thing this site says everything you will ever need to know about all of the Worlds Healthiest Foods.
I will definately be bookmarking it.

By the way I love your name.
I didn't even realize there was a book.
My son keeps asking why I want him to have say Flax seeds.
If you type it in you will literally have all you will ever need to know on the subject.
The search is not as great as I would like it to be ( much like the one they have here) but the information is impressive.
My daughter (Lori) picked the name she derived it from the Movie "Brokeback Mountain," don't ask me why she thought it would be good for me. I keep telling her that I need to get a more professional sounding name and she tells me it is fine! When I get more familiar with the computer I will have to open another account for my so called "business," like name!

Note that under "What events may indicate a need for more high-iron foods?" is...
HAIRLOSS
Something to think about.
It seems like the most practical answer to the iron problem would be to buy the frozen chopped spinach (which is cheap) and put it in EVERTHING (which I do)
It is actually quite tasteless.
I am a personal Support worker.
I worked privately for a couple of little old ladies for years. One of these ladies detested spinach. Imagine her suprise when 2 years later I told her she had been eating it everyday since I began.
She lived to be 98 ;)
I am currently toying with putting it in my protein shake :)
Until next time, take care and have a great Monday!!!
Hugs as always,
Margaret
I am like you, I want certain things left out of my recipes so I use the kind that suit me best. I probably won't use the recipes either but it gives me ideas.
I have been typing in a certain foods or something I want to prevent like hair loss or maybe just something I want to learn more about. When I do this I do not usually get a favorable result however when I scroll down I usually find what I am looking for.
I have this site bookmarked because once you learn how to use it the information is amazing.
It's kind of like a dictionary of good food.
I see eggface beat me to it as she has a link to to The Worlds Healthiest Foods http://www.whfoods.org/foodstoc.php on her site.
I am trying not to feel to badly about it though. She has been at this quite a bit longer than I, as my surgery is scheduled for March 5 ;)
