I just love your honesty, and self-assurance. Saw the videos on YouTube. WTG. you will give courage and inspiration to many, especially the younger generation that need intervention early....before the morbidities of obesity take hold.

Once you get it all over with, it is certainly the easiest way to lose 200 lbs, and oh, BTW, the only way that leads to a funtional weight loss and long term maintenance!
