I'm a back sleeper, so I didn't have that issue, but I had a massage at 5 weeks and had no problems lying on my tummy for it.

Next couple of days are going to be interesting but just focus on how great it is going to be really soon.
Reading other posts I would stay on clear liquids for the first couple of weeks. You won't be able to eat much to begin with anyway. I know they sell protein shots at vitamin shoppes. Good luck and keep us up to date! HUGS!
I used crystal light sometimes to help w/ water.
The hardest adjustment has been sipping water, and not getting nauseous with it. Some told me to drink it room temp - that makes me gag. I found I prefer it ice cold. Everyone is different.
Protein shakes count as fluid.
My saving tool these past 4 weeks has been SF ice popsicles....tropical flavor. Love them! Cold!
Have been using Lactose free milk...even ALDI has their own brand.
Lots of gas....hang in there....it is slowly getting better
