So its time. On my 3 day clear liquid diet and this headache is killing me. Been trying to get a lot of fluid in to see if Im dehydrated. It sucks none the less. I hope its all worth it..

the countdown begins...hang in there. I am now 2 months out and have lost 40 lbs. the weight loss part is worth it. hang in there. you'll be through it before you know it.

Be sure to take lip balm and comfortable clothes with you to the hospital.....

I am so happy for you. You're going to do great, and in a few weeks you are going to start really noticing a difference.

Keep remembering your list of NSV's and put those in the forefront of your mind when those nervous thoughts.

Your headache could be stress related, but once you're past the actual surgery - you will feel a sense of relief.

I asked myself the same thing on day 9 of the 2 week liquid plus one small 300 calorie meal. Then I reminded myself of all the reasons that i chose this path. I am having surgery on Wednesday, March 5. Keep your eye on the goal you set have set for yourself. You are going to do just fine!

And yes! It is SO worth it. I have gotten rid of my blood pressure pill, one water pill, and cut my dosage on my existing water pill in half!
