One year ago today I had my GPS. I've lost 100 lbs. since plus the 28 before. I'm 52 and I can jog four miles, do an hour on an elipitical, carry cement bags ,build a deck, kayak , snow shoe and so much more. In short, I literally have my life back. There is nothing I can't eat and although I've come close once or twice I've never had to throw up. I can eat resonable, "normal person" portions.
I'm lifting weights and getting definition, I exercise daily and it's improved my personality and production at work. I believe I am more consistent, focused and goal oriented than I have EVER been.
The only downside is that I'm gravitating back towards snacking and gained a couple of lbs. last month.

Yes, Lineka, I'm trying to deal with the snacking this week with some pretty good success so far
As for snacking, we don't get to our pre surgery weights overnight, but its really easy to fall into bad habits again!
