Me and my elliptical are having a great time - right now i get in two 10 minute intervals per day - lets face it, I haven't worked out for as long as I remember and I have to start somewhere. OMG day one i thought my heart was going to pop out of my chest and I got dizzy to boot. LOL @ me. So I was like be realistic lady, you are no spring chicken and you haven't done this since Jesus was a baby (just joking) however, I can't start at a high pace because I'll kill myself. In all things, you must use wisdom. So I am going to pace myself until I can pick up speed. I feel good about it, I just lowered the resistance for now and away I go. So proud of me!!!!

Awesome! The elliptical kicks my butt! I can only do about 6 mins before I have to get off and take a break. Keep up the good work!

All I am able to do is the recumbent bike and walk, but at least that is something. Keep it up.

yes mommastew i went up to 101 in distance a little more than 5 minutes and had to stop. I am going to do one more 5 minute interval and then stop for now. I am just proud that i can go from no exercise to some. lol

Go meeeeeeeeeeeee i went 20 minutes and - round one distance 50, round 2 102 and round 3 distance of 140 and now i am going to pass out. OMG go diva aka me

well i worked out friday, skipped saturday did it today and i probably won't again until Tuesday. I am happy with my efforts. i need a nice hot shower now and then movie night and relaxation for the rest of the day - be blessed.
