Ok so this is embarrassing but I can't be the only one that has had this issue. Ever since surgery I have had this strong urine odor that I can't seem to get rid of. I'm guessing it's either because of the protein or multivitamins. Does anyone have any clue on how I can get rid of that smell or least get back to normal. I am so happy with my weight loss and how I'm looking and feeling. Right now I've lost 85 pounds in the last six months and I feel great. If I can get rid of that one issue I would be perfect in my eyes, lol. Can someone please help!!! I'm desperate!!!
Think of this: what do zebras, giraffes and other herbivores smell like at the zoo, compared to the lions, tigers and bears?
I know if you get more of your protein from vegetable sources, soy, legumes, etc., you can help to mitigate odors, but the bottom line is we will have to pay better attention to hygiene. Small price to pay for living longer, with better health!
