Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.
I agree with June... back to the basics. Protein, water, rest, move, avoid white food.
Not always easy, but simple.

Yep to the above advice; back to the beginning, get your protein, water and veggies in, leave the fats, carbs and alcohol out, and get out and move.
I'm still holding on at my 125 lbs. off, but just too overwhelmed by work and volunteer stuff to take my own advice to start losing again, but I'm not beating myself up over it.
Take care.
