If your someone that works on your feet maybe then it would e good to do push ups off the wall or counter throughout the day or you can even lean against the wall and do a leg lift. Anything tha keeps your body moving helps. they have weights you can get pretty reasonable that go around your ankle so you can wear them if you walk also that will help build muscle.
Just some ideas. I also use to have a FIT ball that i used vs a chair as it causes you to use your core muscles to balance and sit up straight.
