So as I read this I was wondering about having to much? as you said people need to take them regularly and they also need to make sure they get to the doc for the blood levels when required by their program. They should watch how much though that they take its not always harmless to take more then you need of certain ones.
I for instance i have hypercalcemia........so where most need extra especially women I have to watch what I take. since it works hand in hand with vitamin D that has to be managed as well. just thought id add to why they are important.
