it is what took me forever to get with the program!!!
My bariatric team frowns on them in any form.
Now that I don't drink them, I can't drink the, Every time i have tried, I have had to literally spit it out. you get to where you just cannot drink it
I have it when I go out with my friend for a drink with gin a twist of lime and a packet of equal.
It does not bother me at all and I do not drink soda otherwise.
I had to find something low cal and SF when I am out and this was what I came up with.
Needless to say this is not an everyday occurance.
Everything in moderation and also as long as it is not the beginning of getting you back into a bad habit.
