so i am a bit confused by the dairy vs egg protein. do you mean your brand of protein powder? i guess i would recommend finding a new powder - they make soy and other versions.
if you're talking food - there are tons of food that have just as much protein as milk and eggs - which are both about 7gm each. i eat nature valley protein bars - delicious with 10gm of protein, also their protein granola. plus there is always good ol' MEAT. unless your vegetarian. then there is morning star, but i found i can't do that since my surgery.
ok - so now what about that smell! first off there are always courtesy flushes and exhaust fans. second there are those little things that you hang inside the toilet. another idea is one of those air fresheners that spray automatically, but that you can also manually spray for an extra dose. even add Oust or another spray freshener that is branded to "eliminate" odor.
as for "your smell". are you saying they comment when you actually pass gas, or that they just say you smell? sometimes the changes in our hormones as we lose weight can give us a stronger body odor. so of course shower daily, and change clothes daily. buy a better deodorant - Secret's clinical strength or mitchum for women. use a deodorizing powder for private areas or skin folds - or what is that stuff for feminine odor - FDS???? it comes in spray and powder.
a trick i used as a smoker was to literally spray fabreeze all over me, sometimes following with perfume. no one ever knew i smoked until i told them. of course once my family found out they always griped, swearing i stunk.
anyway, hope something helps!!!
