So..... my first post op check up was today.... :)
My BP was 110/64 WITHOUT meds since surgery!!
I am OFF my metformin (diabetic meds)
......and.... wait for it.... wait for it....
I am down 13.5 LBS in 13 days!
What a frickin trip!!
Instead of my surgeon I saw my surgeons partner (Dr. McCall) who's also had WSL. He said I am a poster child for RNY and is thrilled I am doing so well!! He told me I could get back in the pool in about a week! Woot! Woot!
Next visit is on Halloween! :) :)

Congrats again! I'm so glad you're off the meds, can't wait until I'm totally off them too. Taking only about half of what I was taking though so that's good.
