I am at 11 weeks and have never had a problem with much of anything which really surprises me..
Of course that can turn into a problem if you know what I mean.
I made an amazing salad a couple days ago with Spring mix, goat cheese, walnuts, apples and dressing.
I wouldn't say that I couldn't have the salad but I was shocked when I logged it all into fitday.com to find out exactly how many calories I had ingested.
I will use my calories a bit more sparingly next time by using say maybe a few less walnuts ,less goat cheese and the lightest possible dressing.
I also like to order out a chef salad, and I can get 3 meals out of it.
