Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.
Its really a mental thing for the rest of our lives, we have to make wise choices.
I have a friend that lost 170 pounds with her surgery she is 3 years out and has gained 80 pounds back, she said what did her in was the stress and reverting to her eating bad choices while under stress.
Its something to always keep in the back of your mind i believe, but this is just my opinion.
