Well Monday I exceeded myself :D Went on a lovely dog walk through the woods for an hour, walking up a hill that took 10 mins to climb (It was an unexpected but rewarding challenge). Then I spent an hour in the afternoon walking through the town with a friend. Felt tired but pleased :)
My friend who had gastric bypass last year and I walked 2 miles on the nature trail. does shopping count ...man she walks my legs off in stores lol
As for me, well normally because Monday was a holiday I would tell myself I could take a holiday away from the gym too. This year was different, I went to the gym and worked my little heart out! I did 30 minutes on the eliptical, then went downstairs and did another 45 min. in the pool aquasizing!
Later that day I continued exercising by cleaning up old drywall, trash, etc from our kitchen remodel and taking to the dump. Also, did some major landscape remodel by removing some huge over grown shrubs and trees. That was very hard work. So, I think I definitely got my exercise in for Monday!
Is the kitchen shaping up for you? fires are so scary and between the water smoke and flames destroy things quickly.. ....you didn't put your husband in time out or put him in the dog house did you? I lost track of that thread when it happened.
