Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.
Often through the week I will weigh myself at different times just to see, but I use my Mondays as my accurate weight and thats what I keep track of.
First thing in the morning, after I've peed, naked.
I do Wed. AM as a general rule. After I pee, but before I'm dressed :)
If you can handle weighing daily, then do it. If you get obsessed by the number, then you need to weigh once a week.
We have spent our lives beating ourselves up by the number on the scale. NO MORE!!!!!
