My boyfriend asked me that this morning and said, "You're getting too skinny." And I said, "For whose liking, yours?".. I said, "Who made you the authority on how much I should weigh or how skinny I should be?" And he shut up quickly, like a good boy. lol
I have had so many people telling me lately that I don't need to lose any more weight and I'm getting so tired of hearing it.
I still weigh 170 lbs, I'm 5'10", and in size 13/14 pants. My BMI is still 24.2. I still have belly and lower body fat that I would like to see disappear, so NO, I'm NOT done losing weight. I'm aiming for a 20 BMI, which for me is around 145#, and if on the way there I decide that I'm happy where I am, THEN and ONLY THEN, will *I* decide that I'm done losing.
So I wish everyone would BUTT OUT about it.

Just ranting - it really irks me. I'm sure many of you get it too and understand what it's like.

I usually just tell them that I disagree and I will stop when I reach my goal. I usually get the head shaking and the 'No, you need to stop now.' and I just let them know that they're entitled to their opinion, and we agree to disagree. :D

Who cares what they think! The point is for YOU to feel good about yourself and be the healthiest you that you can be. You look awesome!!! Keep up the great work!
