Listen to your body. If it says "Better not do this," then stop. I had some trouble with yogurt, too, and had to back away from it. I'm looking forward to getting back to it, since I love the stuff.
She's also right about taking time. It takes me 30-45 minutes to get around an 11 oz. shake. I haven't tried the thinning trick, but I imagine that would help too.
Lcat4, how long after surgery did you go w/o coffee? We were told to halt caffeine for 1 year to forever. Broke my heart. Had to pack away my coffee maker because seeing it on the counter was torture.
I will try watering it down next go. Can't wait until next week when I can move on to purred items because then I should be able to find other options in food. :)
