I am day 9 post op and have met these every day so far!
Does your program not set guidelines? Seems everyone's are a bit different, so just wondering :)
For water, I'm drinking a minimum of 8 cups, but most days anymore it's around 10. I find it easier to drink more since it's summer. Plus since my kidney stone, I'm afraid to go under 8.
I also use syntrax cherry and fuzzy navel flavored protein powder and add it to my water like crystal light.
I know the goal long term is to get our protein from whole foods, yet I believe getting it from protein powder is better than not getting it in
With some focus, I just know you can find a way to get yours in too! :) :)
It's not easy! It's definately a daily job...for life!
Good luck!
;-)
I probably go overboard on the water. It is easy for me to get 100 oz in a day.

I got some from amazon, and some from Nashua

Best of luck finding what works!
I got some whey protien from GNC last week that is 40 grams for 12 oz fluid drink and the taste was not bad at all. I got strawberry and cookies and cream, but have not tasted the c n c yet. I am at a point where istruggle with food, so I am trying to get the bulk of my protien from drinks and eating what and when I can.
