Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.
Try slowing down and taking small bites/sips and see how that goes..
You can take Gas-X to help with problem. As well as slow down if you are a fast eater.
Good luck.
My son used to get the hiccups 3 times a day for weeks at a time, whenever he would go thru a growth spurt. he turned out to be a really tall guy!
Anyway, the doc and I decided that the hiccups must be from that. When Jon was about 14 or 15 the hiccups finally started to taper off some. and by his late teens he hardly had them at all.
From your pics, you are losing at a break neck speed right now, and all of those shrinking fat cells that used to take up space are not doing the supporting they used to!
Also remember, hiccups are movement and that means they burn calories! probly not a whole one (calorie) but lets just say for the fun of it that for every 10 hiccups you get to burn 1 calorie!
Embrace those hiccups! Lol!
Sunshine and Wishes,
Janelle
