CONGRATS on the wt loss!!
I have not gotten on the scale since my first NUT appointment where I had lost a bit over 5 lbs in just under 2 weeks (Amazed me! LOL). I don't go back till I think March 11th, but I have been following weight watchers to a T, so I am hopeful I will be down a few more (I am a slow loser, so anything down will make me happy!)
Last summer I was down to 270 ish, but this last fall my thyroid went south bad like and I gained around 50 lbs in 4 months! CRAZY FAST it comes on when my thyroid meds and #'s do not jive! At my surgeon weigh in I was 322, my personal goal is to get back under (at least) 300 before surgery.... That is if I can keep my thyroid #'s balanced with my meds!! :)
Keep on this path you have set for yourself, and even more better things will be coming your way.
Congratulations!!!
Oh and btw - I thank God that there was more pain in my finger than crazy in my head or i may have caught a case rofl. But on a serious note ignorance is bliss all over the world no need to add another body to the list of crazy folks out here.
You are well on your way.
And congrats on not causing the unnatural death of a rude man in front of his oblivious wife LOL
You are so ready for this and you are gonna ROCK the recovery! Can't wait to see your posts along the way from recovery!
I hope all your appointments and times work out for you with God on your side, how can they not!
Hugs!
Tracie
