I could ONLY have clear liquids and 5-6 protein shakes per day. That was it :)
My 2 week liquid diet constist of 4 protein shakes a day, 2 mixed with water and 2 mixed with water and then a list of foods I could eat for snacks like sugar free pudding, cream of wheat, oatmeal, surgar free applesauce and a couple other things. I can also have sugar free jello and other liquids that are caffine, carbonationation and sugar free and a list of veggies to eat as much as I want to help with fullness. No starchy veggies are on that list.
Good Luck! I start my liquid diet on Memorial Day May 28th.
