Try to eat foods with potassium in them
All meats and fish are good sources of potassium, as are soy products, vegetables including broccoli, peas, lima beans, tomatoes, and potatoes. Fruits that contain significant sources of potassium include citrus fruits, cantaloupe, bananas and apricots.
Not to alarm you, but you need to be on top of this potassium is one of those essential electrolytes that can affect your heart function. Too much or too little can cause your heart to have electrical disturbances. Please have it checked regularly and take the supplements you need.
Good Luck,
Laura
