Starting 09/01/2013 I will exercise on the treadmill for .5 hour or go for a .5 hour walk for at least 5 days per week.
I usually walk at lunch for 10-15 min,,,,but if its humid, forget about it!

i DID take a long walk this am w/the dog though....so its a start!
Wednesday - swimming for one hour.
Friday - swimming for one hour.

Tuesday- 30 min weights work out, 30 min dog walk
Wed- Start couch to 5k (30 min walk/jog)
Thurs- 30 min weights work out, 30 min dog walk
Fri- couch to 5k
Sat - 1 hour dog walk
Busy, busy but my dog ensures I get out the house everyday :)
Having said that, with my kids both going to new schools and our mornings starting earlier, I think I am going to shake up my exercise routine. But that will come over the next few weeks.
So for this week, my plan is:
Sunday - walk 45 minutes
Monday - walk 45 minutes
Tuesday - water exercise - 1 hour
Wednesday - water exercise - 45 minutes
Thursday - walk 45 minutes
Saturday - water exercise - 1 hour

So for this week I will shoot for 12 miles on the bike, or three days. :)
Each evening (I am in Oregon... so will be late for some of you!) I will pop in with my update for the days activity and remind ya'll to update how your day went in regards to exercise!!
Woot! Woot! I am excited to have accountability!!
For today, hubby and I just went for a 30 min walk.... went further in less time! Yesterday we went later in the day so it was cooler! We walked up the hills of Suburbia behind our townhouse... for a bit over 40 minutes! :) I am amazed how much further (and faster) I am going! Now if my back would quit hurting (My hip has pretty much stopped0... I could an for an hour at a time!
