Hi, everyone! How have you all been? I've been MIA for a few weeks. I'm having a serious fatigue and muscle ache problem. Had some lab work done yesterday, so I should know more, soon. Other than that, I'm doing great! I hope you all are, too!

Wow, so happy to see your okay. I was getting a bit worried since you haven't been on. Hope all goes well with your lab work, and that the issues aren't serious.

let's hope it is something very easy to remedy like a bit of anemia that some iron can straighten out. We will hope for the best!

I found out that I have a serious B12 deficiency. I've been getting monthly shots but it is not enough. Today, I started taking sublingual B12, 1000mcg . (on advice of bariatric nurse.) Hopefully, this will help very soon!

I hope the extra B-12 sublingual will help. I too have been suffering from serious fatigue. However, my blood test were pretty much normal except for high Folate, RDW, BUN/Creat Ratio and low hematocrit. I know I need to drink more water, but I don't think that would cause me to be tired. It could be work stress in my case, and I am not seeing an end to stress in the near future unless, I come in to a large sum of cash and can quit my job - oh well, wishful thinking. I hope you feel better soon.
