ive lost a total of 182 pounds..hell i could pick up a third of that now if i wanted to...yet i was...no wonder i was tired all the time!!

I remember house hunting and being out of breath going up the stairs... after loosing the weight I actually moved into a 2 story house and ran up and down the stairs to get laundry and it wasn't even an issue.
She said the next time you "only lose a pound" remember you have one less of these you are carrying around...
Like I said, it's stuck in my head 35 ish years later!! :)
