Thanks for everyone's replies. I've never tried spaghetti squash or zucchine, so we'll see about those. I have that cookbook that was mentioned, but spaghetti squash was the only alternative to regular spaghetti noodles. I might just have to try the eggplant thing. That sounds yummy. :)
I know this will make many people just roll their eyes, but I've never experienced anything about this squash. My goal was to just get it cooked ;o9
It had exactly the right texture and the flavor was real good!
