Had them for breakfast! They are lighter than regular pancakes, really good! Kinda like a crepe, but not. LOL! Hard to explain... I can tell you I'll have them again!

You could always make 1 egg and 1 oz crm cheese to give it a try if unsure :)

Had regular pancakes a few times with sugar free syrup. Like them and they set well on the pouch. However I have been banned from them due to the nasty gas they produce!!!!

Cant do eggs, my pouch dosnt like them. but theworldaccordingtoeggface.com has a recepe i can handle. try them you will like them. Peace

Years ago when I was on the Adkins diet I found a recipe for almond meal pancakes. They were very thin, but yummy.

Before surgery my kids and I made pancakes every Saturday. But my pouch will not have them anymore. So I make German pancakes instead. They love them! Plus they are so much easier to make.

You can make them in a 13x9 baking dish but they're best in a 10 or 12 in. cast iron skillet.

Preheat oven to 350
Cut 1/4 cup real salted butter into pan and put in oven while it's preheating
Mix 1 cup milk, 1 cup flour, 6 eggs, and a little salt with a mixer until completely smooth. Batter will be very runny.
Once your butter is melted in pan pour batter into pan.
Bake 40 minutes for the 10 in skillet, or less for the bigger pans.
Top with fresh fruit whipped cream, or anything you like.

Yum!

Ooooooooo I was gonna try the recipe I found with 2 eggs and a banana, but I think I like yours better!! I may add some banana bc I seem to be needing more potassium... But cream cheese rocks and 20 grams of protein?? I thought eggs only had like 6 each? I'm sure you're right but that sounds like a lot! Thanks so much am for sharing and I will be trying these ASAP!!! :)
