Has anyone tried adding something like a weight watchers group to your was plan? If so was it any help?

Haven't felt like I needed that structure of WW. Who knows what the future holds tho!!

Sarge...WW is an excellent program and easy to follow. However, they don't count calories, carbs or fats so it's makes following a bariatric maintenance plan a little more difficult. I like Sparks People online. You can customize your own food plan to fit the needs of bariatric maintenance. It's easy to keep a food diary. Sparks people does all the calculating so you can keep track of your calories, protein, carbs , fats, sugar etc.. It's been a big help for me throughout my journey.
