OT (sort of)- Kitchen troubles

Hi everyone! I need to re-organize my kitchen. I used to cook and bake a lot, but due to lots of things, it's been at least ten years since I have. Now that I'm no longer in a carb fog and am focused on a better lifestyle, I need to revamp the place.

I am cooking for just two adults, me and my sweetie. He is willing to eat whatever I fix so, thank goodness, I only need to fix one meal instead of two! I got the part about the wls cooking, thanks to Eggface. The downsizing is a challenge as well as efficiency.

Any ideas out there?

Well i think i would deplete the pans that you aren't going to use any more. baking pans etc, Womens shelters can always use kitchen items donated to them, go through the sheriff dept or the local police dept. to arrange a donation. They help these women get on their feet once they know they are safe.

They also need clothing as we shrink its a great place to donate clothing.

I haven't had my surgery yet but this is what i would do.

I still cook the things he loves, so I will be keeping my kitchen as is. Yesterday I made a 9x13 taco casserole. 1/2 is gone already ( and he's skinny) lol. I took one baby bite, I didnt like it at all. Amazing how our tastes change! Tonight I am working on a pot of vegetable beef soup to see if I can have some of it....I wouldnt know how to get rid of anything for fear I may one day need it when the kids come or company.

Lucky your hubby will eat what you eat!!!
