I have been having some serious issues lately and at first I thought that it was from my gastric bypass (which it probably partly is still a little bit from it) but isn't completely. This may have TMI but I usually go about 3-4 days between bm's but lately I have been going 6 days and it has been making me feel awful. I have been also having serious pain in my upper abdomen which I thought was a gas bubble. I ended up going to the ER and they did a CT scan and found that everything with my GB was fine. Thank God!!! I was worried of an obstruction or stricture or something, but they did find that my gallbladder is enlarged but I have no stones. So they sent me for an ultrasound because that still doesn't explain everything. The ultrasound did give us a little more info. I have a hematoma on my liver in addition to an enlarged gallbladder, but still saw no no stones. So now I have to go in for a HIDA scan. I'm just waiting for the referral for that to get scheduled. I'm not sure how I got the hematoma. I am 3 years out from surgery so I doubt it happened then or I would've showed symptoms sooner. I haven't talked treatments with the dr at all yet all they have been talking is tests to find out exactly what is causing this. But everything I have seen online says that the treatment for these are surgery, simple but I just started a new job and I really would hate to miss this soon.

The problems I have been having is that I can hardly eat, I am nauseous all the time, I have horrible pain in my upper abdomen any time I eat and I always feel like I just ate a huge Thanksgiving dinner even if I haven't eaten in over 24 hours. I've been miserable. My hair is falling out again and I hardly have any energy.
