Remember, protein is what will help control your hunger. Make sure you are getting good protions of protein at every meal. Besides that, avoid drinking for at least 30 minutes after each meal, but do drink a lot of non-calorie fluids. Hope this helps.
I was told it is normal to gain back 10-20 pounds but I'm going to fight like hell not to. I think if you have your head in the right place, stay focused and stay on plan you won't gain the weight back.
