Well here I am...Last year I started out about 250 and today I weigh in at 147. Its been a long road, didn't see much weight loss til I hit about that 3rd month...then wow!! Every month there after I had to buy smaller clothes!! My sister thinks I took "the easy way out" little does she know the bad days the come along with it!! I cant even tolerate ANY milk products anymore!! I mean seriously 2 bites of whip cream/ice cream and Im sicker than a dog...guess that's a blessing in a way specially being that ice cream was my love!! Well best wishes to all who are on their journey. Take it easy on yourself, keep focused and many hugs!!

Too bad about your sister. Some people just can't see past themselves far enough to learn about others journeys. So sad.
Good thing your health and happiness don't depend on her understanding what you've been through.
