Hi all, on January 13th I had my one year anniversary. Ive lost a total of 118 pounds and I feel fantastic!!!! So if you are just starting this journey please know that it does get better and you will succeed.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had my surgery on Oct. 13th, 2011 which January 13th was my 3month Anniversary...so we BOTH were CELEBRATING on that date...YIPPPEEE. I am down 78lbs since the day of Surgery and I hope next year this time I will have lost just as much weight as you. YOU GO GIRL!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats on your weight loss! That's awesome to hear I am just starting this journey. I mean just starting. Meeting with the pschylogist at the end of the month, the dr at the first of Feb. and the nutrionist appt still to be made. Thanks for your encouragement :)
