Yep, it is a day that I wish I had sweets, like yesterday I don't know what to do. My car was totaled out, I am blessed I only have bruises, was told it was a hard crash...I know. However, having a hard time sitting here in this apartment and not picking up something to eat. And it wont satisfy because it isn't sweet. And the sweet stuff isn't tasty. protein shakes, ish. Sorry for just rambling. Am I stuck with drinking sf cherry lime-aid all night. Its good, but .....

talk to someone - tell them how you feel. For me that would take the edge off the "have to eat" - maybe it works for you too?

Not helpful now, but for future, have something you can eat in an "emergency..."

Any SF Whole grain cereal? Apples? Applesauce? Protein Bar? WW Toast? Scrambled eggsand egg whites? Cottage cheese and peaches? Oatmeal?

These are a few of the things I have used...Hang in there! rd

This little thread stuck in my mind until today when someone on tv ate a glazed donut, and my will was broken. I wanted something sweet NOW! I started to go for a 200c protein bar, but then I thought of my advice here, and took it! I had a delicious SF bowl of Fiber One 80! it worked. So glad I had a plan...lol
