Today I wanted liver. So, I took 4 oz and put some pam in the pan and fried it with my garlic powder, I ran out of onion. But since I don't coat it, it was a good source of protein if you like liver. It does have some fat in it. But the other stuff in it is so good for you. I also heard that putting a frozen banana in the blender makes it kind of like ice cream texture, so I am freezing the bananas! I will tell you how it works. :) Unless you want to try. I tried frying eggplant with pam. Putting garlic powder and salt on it. I love garlic.lol... it came out o,k. I had never tasted egg plant before. I am going to take my boiled eggs and use the ff sf calorie free mayonaise in it to make deviled eggs. I can't wait for that one....I think about food all the time now! Hummm.
