Ok first the NSV, I was able to cut my own toenails and paint them today. Ha ha! weird I know. I helped with a church event today. It was outside and I did a lot of walking and I didnt get out of breath. I went swimming later and I was able to pull myself up on the ladder with little trouble,
My sad moment was after I jumped around in the pool for awhile, I started to hurt and had to get out. I sat on the side and watched everyone play in the pool and I couldnt because I hurt. Grace said but think of all you have been through and how far youve come. You will get there. Her support is so awesome.
I posted a couple pics today. I cant figure out why they are sideways, but they are there none the less.
