For the dumping that sounds like they symptoms of it! Glad you are now feeling better.
About the dumping, not sure. My episode lasted several hours with many many trips to the bathroom.
I personally wouldn't call what you experienced dumping though it may be a mild form. Sometimes when I eat too much I feel that way. I just take it as a sign that I over did it.
Best to you!
Congrats!
Shelley
Regarding the dumping thing.may have been a mild episode. My guess is there were quite a few carbs in your meal? You could have just had a blood sugar crash - reactive hypoglycemia isn't uncommon after RNY.

I don't think is was too many carbs. I had a chicken strip; a little of crab dip that was made with cream cheese, greek yogurt and imitation crab; 2 bites of cabbage; 2 bites of black eyed peas (gotta love New Year's traditions) and a few bites of mashed sweet potatoes. The mashed sweet and breading on the chicken strip the only carbs. Have had all of them before. Measured on a food scale. Total of 8 oz. Maybe just a weird mix? Who knows, been fine since, thankfully!
Thanks for all the responses and support. Love this site!
