It is hard as heck getting allll my protein in!!! The taste of the shakes... Not bad at all. I buy this lemon protein drink at my doctor that's pretty good too. And I thank god every day for no nausea or vomiting :-) YAY!!! I've had a few times Ive felt this almost heaviness or fullnes in my new pouch that I believe it's tellin me STOP. But gettin the protein and alll the water in has not been easy... I've only had a verrry few days of accomplishing it :-( Plus all the new pills and vitamins to take.

My friend Katie (asbkat) got me some 1oz shot glasses to use for water every 10-15mins lol thats how Im gonna try and get my protein and water in everyday thats gonna be SUPER fun LOL

Lavina, I used 2 oz shooter glasses post op for my sipping... They work great and make visitors do a double take. Lol!

They gave me 4 oz shot glasses (plastic) during my whole stay after surgery. They sent me home with some too. I thought it was pretty cool. What I really wanted was a big glass of ice water LOL. Your doing fine.

That sounds like a good idea :-) that's another thing... I like reallly cold water and when I grab a bottle I end up having to put that bottle in the fridge and getting a new one. I'll TRY it :-)
